How Long We Keep Your Information

Client health records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last consultation, in line with ANP/GNC professional guidance and our insurer's requirements. Records relating to clients under 18 are retained until their 25th birthday (or their 26th birthday, if they were 17 at their last appointment). In certain cases — for example, where records may be relevant to an insurance claim or legal proceeding — they may be retained for longer. All records are securely destroyed once the applicable retention period has expired.
