My Philosophy on Nutrition
I've had a lifelong interest in health and wellbeing. Since my twenties, I've been fascinated by how nutrition, lifestyle and everyday habits can influence the way we feel, both physically and mentally.
When someone close to me experienced significant health challenges, it made me realise that I wanted to help people improve their health through nutrition. That experience reinforced something I'd always believed – that food has the power to support our health and wellbeing in meaningful ways.
I'm passionate about helping people understand the science behind nutrition without making it feel overwhelming. There's so much conflicting information online that it's easy to feel confused about what to eat and why. Most people simply don't have the time to sift through it all.
My role isn't just to tell you what to eat. It's to help you understand how food affects your body in a way that's simple, practical and relevant to your life. I believe that when people understand why something works, they're much more likely to feel confident making lasting changes.
People often describe me as calm, approachable and easy to talk to. I know that making changes to your health can feel daunting, so my aim is always to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you feel listened to and understood.
There are no lectures, no unrealistic expectations and no one-size-fits-all plans. We'll work together at your own pace to build habits that feel achievable and fit naturally into your everyday life.
Whether you're looking to improve your energy, support a specific health concern or simply feel your best, I'll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
Everything I recommend is grounded in the best available scientific evidence and tailored to you as an individual, because good nutrition should be both evidence-based and practical.
